Pierce County Charter Review Commission

The County Charter is the fundamental document that outlines the structure and governance of Pierce County—essentially our local constitution.

Elected every 10 years, the Commission reviews Pierce County's charter to determine its adequacy for serving the needs of the County. Commissioners do not make changes themselves. They can only propose amendments for citizen vote or make recommendations to the Council. Read more about the commission.

Troy is prepared to serve.

Your vote for commissioner will help determine who can propose, review, approve, or reject changes to the charter. You need someone you can trust—someone like Troy.

Troy is a tested public servant who brings lived experience and technical expertise to every challenge he faces. He would apply a methodical approach to analyzing the Charter with a focus on transparency, fairness, and public engagement.

His Air Force, community service, and professional experiences prove his ability to work productively with anyone, anywhere.

Troy speaks at a community walk.
